A backwater valve is a back- flow blockage device used to stop outbound water through a drainage pipe from re-entering into a home. The valve consists of a flap that allows water to pass out  the home, but closes to restrict the back flow into the home. This blocks sewage from backing up into your home through the toilet, showers, etc. Make sure you annual check any debris around the valve. 

SUMP PUMP INSTALLATION

A sump pumpis a pumpused to clear away  water that has been collected in a water-sumpbasin. This is commonly found in the basements of homes. Theyare used where basement flooding happens regularly and to solve any moisture where the water table is above the foundation of a home. Once installed or repaired usually solves more than 80% of problems. 

DRAIN CLEANING AND REPAIR

Drain cleaning is a very important aspect of plumbing maintenance. Over time, oils and grime start piling up in drain lines, causing water to clog . Because it has no exit, you likely need cleaning inside of the sewer line to arrange the way for proper drainage. Plunger, snakes and/ or chemical operations aren't enough to clear the blockage.
